| Ordering at cascosrl.it is easy.
Simply submit us our Inquiry Form or follow
the instructions on the bottom of our inquiry form. Please don't
forget to include the item number, name or description and your e-mail address otherwise
your request will not be processed.
Do this for all the items you wish to order and click the "send"
button when you're finished. That's it! Any wholesale/retail inquiry
is most welcome. We can design, make and ship to any point on the

Special Orders |
Special orders taken for portrait cameos or subjects you want carved.
If you want something you don't see in our on-line catalog or you
have a particular cameo or picture you want carved, simply fill our custom-made cameo order form
at Customize Order
or email
us and ask directly what you need or
want. All we need is a .jpg image of what you want. You may send as
many requests as you like. Each request will be answered and we will
not take care of non serious requests. We can make cameo
portrait cameos too. After commission agreement accepted by
you, 25% deposit of the total price will be required to start
carving. Please see methods of payment
below. Upon completion of your order, we will notify you by email
and will send you .jpg images of it for your approval. If you are satisfied with its quality, the
payment in full has to be made before shipping.

Methods of Payment |
| Payment is due with the order. We
accept payments from all over the world. If
you are not prepared to purchase a cameo or a coral immediately, let us know
and we'll hold it for up to 14 days. If we haven't heard from you by
then, we will assume that you are no longer interested and put it
back on sale on a first come, first served basis. We accept Bank
Transfer, PayPal, Cashiers checks, Credit Cards
(through PayPal only), Money orders, Personal checks (to be cleared
before shipping)

Complaints |
| All our staff are trained
in American, Japanese and International expectations. However, for
any customer who is not satisfied with the communication ability of
staff or other reasons, there is a quick remedy for results. Email

Return Policy |
Damaged or faulty goods
If the goods you receive have been damaged in transit or are
faulty, please contact us by telephone, fax or email
immediately on the day of receipt. If the package is damaged
on arrival, you may be asked to return the goods with its
original packaging.
Other returns
All other returns must reach us within 10 working days from
the day you receive your order. These returns are at the
sender's expense.
Return of goods / replacement /
refunds
Please pack any returns with care ensuring the parcel is
secure. Send the goods back to us by Registered Air Mail. Please mark the parcel for the
attention of our Mail Order Department and indicate that it
is returned goods. Returns will be examined on receipt: if
the fault lies with us we will replace the item or refund
the cost, including postage, whichever you prefer.
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or replacements
for any items that are specifically made to order e.g.
custom-made cameos, Cameo Settings - unless there is a
manufacturing fault.
Goods are not sent on approval: all orders accepted are
taken as confirmed.
Refunds will be made by the original method of payment.
Any dispute regarding a purchase made from this site will be
governed under Italian law.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Right of Withdrawal
Our Customer can exercise the right of withdrawal pursuant to
Art. 5 of
Legislative Decree N° 185/99 of Italian law
-
The Customer can withdraw from the purchase
contract and return the goods purchased within a time limit of
10 working days; such days starts upon Customer’s receipt of the
goods.

The right of withdrawal is exercised by sending
written notice , within the time limit , to CASCO srl by
e-mail. We will notify the Customer within 48 hours thereafter.

The specimen/s must be returned in perfect
condition within 15 days from the date of the notice of
withdrawal. It must also contain all material, including the
original packaging. (Invoice, labels ...)

The return of goods is understood to be at the
care and expense of the Customer who decides to withdraw from
the contract.

CASCO srl shall have a 30 day time limit from
the date of receipt of the returned products for crediting to
the Customer the sum it had paid, less shipping costs.

Every time an order is issued, the person
consents to the use of personal data only for commercial,
fiscal, administrative, and informative purposes pertraining to
our business activity, according to article 13 of Italian
law 196 30/06/2003.

According to this law and with reference to
personal data obtained or to be obtained in the future, we

treated, either on computer or on paper, in a manner that is
licit and correct, respecting the law.
The data can be communicated to third
organizations (i.e. banks or organizations connected to us)
exclusively for the development of our fiscal report.
